Barrett to join West Edinburgh in remembrance this Sunday

John Barrett, Liberal Democrat MP, will be joining constituents at events across West Edinburgh as part of Remembrance Sunday.
       
Mr Barrett will take part in services, including the laying of poppy wreaths, at Corstorphine Old Parish Church and at the War Memorial in Davidson's Mains.

In a statement, John Barrett said:

"We must never forget those who gave their lives for their country, so we could live ours in freedom.

"Events this Sunday give us a special opportunity to show our respect and profound thanks, not just to those who died but to those many war veterans still with us."
